2. Services
Ashtral Embers provides holistic wellness services, including but not limited to Reiki healing, energy balancing, mindfulness support, and corporate wellness sessions.
Our services are intended to support emotional wellbeing, relaxation, stress management, and personal development.
3. Important Disclaimer
All services offered by Ashtral Embers are complementary wellness practices and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis, treatment, or advice.
We do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health conditions. Clients are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
4. Bookings & Payments
All sessions must be booked in advance.
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
A booking is only confirmed once payment (or agreed deposit) has been received.
For corporate bookings, a formal agreement or invoice may be issued depending on the scope of services.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.
If Ashtral Embers needs to reschedule, clients will be offered an alternative time.
6. Corporate Services
Corporate wellness sessions and workshops may be subject to a separate agreement outlining scope, duration, and fees. Any customised corporate packages will be agreed upon in writing before services commence.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information when booking
Arriving on time for sessions
Ensuring they are in a safe and appropriate environment for online sessions (if applicable)
8. Results Disclaimer
Individual experiences may vary. Ashtral Embers does not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on personal circumstances and engagement with the process.
9. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions is treated with respect and confidentiality, except where disclosure is required by law.
