Inner Child Work


Purpose


A non-clinical, confidential support offering that helps employees build emotional awareness, regulate stress responses, and understand core behavioural patterns that impact performance, communication, and wellbeing at work.

Approach


Guided reflection and emotional pattern recognition to explore how early formed beliefs and coping strategies influence present-day workplace behaviour. Sessions are structured, voluntary, and focused on practical insight and integration


Session Format

  • 1-on-1 confidential sessions (45–60 minutes)

  • Fully conscious, present, and employee-led

  • Grounding and regulation techniques included

  • Practical tools for immediate workplace application


HR & IHR Compliance

✔ Non-diagnostic and non-clinical

✔ Not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment

✔ No hypnosis or reliving of past trauma

✔ Clear scope, informed consent, and confidentiality

✔ Referral to EAP or clinical support where appropriate
