Purpose
A non-clinical, confidential support offering that helps employees build emotional awareness, regulate stress responses, and understand core behavioural patterns that impact performance, communication, and wellbeing at work.

Guided reflection and emotional pattern recognition to explore how early formed beliefs and coping strategies influence present-day workplace behaviour. Sessions are structured, voluntary, and focused on practical insight and integration

1-on-1 confidential sessions (45–60 minutes)
Fully conscious, present, and employee-led
Grounding and regulation techniques included
Practical tools for immediate workplace application
HR & IHR Compliance
